Zach Kuran

Zach Kuran is a dedicated Financial Services Administrative Manager at Financial Focus, where he has been an integral part of the team since 2021. His journey with the firm began as an intern during his college years, where he quickly demonstrated exceptional commitment, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Through his dedication and leadership, Zach earned a management role, highlighting his ability to excel in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

A proud graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy, Zach earned his undergraduate degree in 2022 while competing as a standout athlete on the university’s track and field team. His athletic career was marked by multiple accolades, including three All-Conference honors—two during the 2020 indoor season and another in the 2022 outdoor season. He was also named the Men's Track and Field Student-Athlete of the Year for the 2022 outdoor season and received prestigious academic distinctions such as the Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll and the Detroit Mercy Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

With a minor in Leadership, Zach brings valuable skills in team dynamics, emotional intelligence, and organizational management. His experience as a competitive athlete instilled in him the ability to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and navigate complex challenges with a strategic mindset. These qualities, combined with his keen attention to detail and strong time management skills, make him an asset to the Financial Focus team. In his role, he excels in administration, customer relationship management, and operational efficiency, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service and support.

Outside of his professional life, Zach is an avid fisherman, fitness enthusiast, and a passionate supporter of Detroit’s professional sports teams. His drive for excellence, both in and out of the workplace, reflects his commitment to continuous growth and making a positive impact.
